iVativ I540M0L8 NILE Development Kit

iVativ I540M0L8 NILE Development Kit includes hardware, software, and documentation needed to evaluate all the features supported by the NILE SoC. The sophisticated and comprehensive kit allows hostless BLUETOOTH® Low Energy, Bluetooth Mesh, Zigbee®, Thread®, and wireless connectivity development. The kit supports multiple peripheral interfaces (SPI, UART, I2S, I2C) for easy integration with peripheral devices.

The iVativ I540M0L8 NILE Development Kit includes a dev tool chain, software development kit for application development, and example applications to test the following:

•  Bluetooth Low Energy, Zigbee, Thread wireless functionality
•  Concurrent mode
•  Peripherals such as LEDs, buttons, external memory, and headers
•  Module power consumption
•  Wireless/serial firmware upgrade

  • Supports the leading IoT connectivity protocols – Bluetooth 5 Low Energy, BLE Mesh and Thread, Zigbee
  • Buttons and LEDs for user interaction
  • I/O interface for Arduino form factor plug-in modules
  • SEGGER J-Link Onboard (OB) programmer, debugger with debug out functionality
  • Support to bypass the OB debugger and directly connect J-Link to NILE SoC via the Debug IN port
  • USB interface
  • UART interface through a virtual COM port
  • Flash memory
  • Drag-and-drop Mass Storage Device (MSD) programming
  • Supporting NFC-A Listen Mode
  • Support for different power sources such as Battery, USB, and an external power supply
  • Solder bridges /Jumpers to measure current consumption/profiling
