InterFET IF1320 N-Channel JFET
InterFET IF1320 N-Channel JFET is targeted for sensitive amplifier stages in mid-frequency designs. The IF3602 offers a cutoff voltage of less than 1.5V, which is ideal for low-level power supplies. The TO-72 package is hermetically sealed and suitable for military applications. It is also available in a SOT23 package.
