Infineon Technologies OptiMOS™ TDM22545T Dual-Phase Power Modules

Infineon Technologies OptiMOS™ TDM22545T Dual-Phase Power Modules are trans-inductance voltage regulator (TLVR) modules designed for high-performance artificial intelligence (AI) data centers. The TDM22545T module's proprietary TLVR inductance architecture minimizes the number of output capacitors, reducing the overall size of the voltage regulator (VR) and boosting cost-effectiveness. This Infineon power module is available in a 10mm x 9mm x 4.8mm package and offers an input voltage of up to 16V, a peak output current of 120A per phase, and an operating frequency of up to 2MHz.
