ICE Components GT05 Series Gate Drive Transformer, based on the highly regarded GT03 series, uses a new innovative header design to increase creepage and simplify assembly.  Features of the GT05 Gate Drive Transformer series include low leakage inductance, multiple winding configurations, excellent E-T ratings, Hi-Pot ratings up to 3,750vac and high creepage distances suitable for most applications. GT05 Series Gate Drive Transformers are optimized for frequencies from 40kHz to 350kHz and are suitable for pick and place applications.
