Exascend SI4 Series Solid State Drives

Exascend SI4 Series Solid State Drives (SSDs) are designed for read-intensive enterprise-level workloads. These SSDs feature high I/O performance throughout bandwidth, Self-Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology (S.M.A.R.T.), data path protection, and consistent I/O latency and QoS for enterprise workloads. The SI4 SSDs support Full Disk Encryption (FDE) as Self-Encrypting Drive (SED) with TCG Opal 2.0 and RAID ECC for exceptional reliability and stability. These SSDs deliver speeds up to 550MB/s sequential read, 535MB/s sequential write, 98,000 Input/Output Operations Per Second (98,000IOPS) random read, and 90000IOPS for full drive 4k random write. The SSDs are available in M.2, 2.5-inch, and mSATA form factor, 3D TLC flash, industrial-grade SATA-III memory, and FIPS-certified AES-256 hardware encryption engines.

The SI4 SSDs are of two types SI4 Standard and SI4 Max. The SI4 Standard SSDs support up to 0.6DWPD under JESD219 enterprise workloads and 2DWPD under JESD219 client workloads for three years. The SI4 Max SSDs support up to 5DWPD under JESD219 enterprise workloads and up to 10DWPD under JESD219 client workloads for three years. The SI4 SSDs are ideal for industrial, mission-critical, edge computing, transportation, and telecommunications.
