Diodes Incorporated PI6C49S1504T Differential Fanout Buffer

Diodes Incorporated PI6C49S1504T Differential Fanout Buffer is a high-performance device that supports up to 1.5GHz frequency. This buffer is ideal for systems that need to distribute low-jitter clock signals to multiple destinations. The PI6C49S1504T buffer features four differential outputs with two banks, LVDS/LVPECL/HCSL user-configurable output signaling standard for each bank, and industrial temperature support. This fanout buffer operates at -55ºC to 150ºC storage temperature range, 150°C maximum junction temperature, and 150μA high input current at input=VDD test condition. The PI6C49S1504T buffer features a totally lead-free and fully RoHS compliant, halogen, and antimony-free “green” device.
