Diodes Incorporated AH180N Micropower Omnipolar Hall-Effect Switch

Diodes Incorporated AH180N Micropower Omnipolar Hall-Effect Switch is a highly sensitive switch IC based on two Hall Effect plates and a chopper-stabilized architecture. The AH180N Micropower Omnipolar Hall-Effect Switch from Diodes Incorporated provides a reliable solution, offering a design optimized to operate over the supply range of 2.5V to 5.5V and consume only 24uA with a supply of 3V in order to support portable and battery powered equipment. In addition, the AH180N Series features Omnipolar (North or South pole) operation and single open drain output.
