Johnson / Cinch Connectivity Solutions SMPM Coaxial RF Connectors are about 35% smaller than SMP connectors, making them ideal for use in a variety of applications. These multi-functional high-frequency connectors are offered in a range of styles, including smooth bore, full detent, microstrip, and stripline. A bullet adapter provides blind-mate capabilities. The rugged design conforms to DSCC 94007, 94008, and MIL-STD-34. Johnson / Cinch Connectivity Solutions SMPM Coaxial RF Connectors are suitable for use in various applications, including aerospace, military, broadband, instrumentation, LAN routers, telecommunications, and Satellite Communication Equipment (SATCOM).
The SMPM series now includes SMPM Edge Mount Connectors that feature a mating force of 4.5lbs for engagement and 6.5lbs for disengagement, DC to 40GHz frequency range, and 50Ω impedance rating. These edge mount connectors are ideal for networking routers and switches, test and measurement rack systems, instrumentation test fixture equipment, and radar systems.
