Central Semiconductor CSHD6 Dual High Voltage Schottky Rectifiers

Central Semiconductor's CSHD6 Dual High Voltage Schottky Rectifiers is designed for surface mount high voltage applications requiring a low forward voltage drop. The CSHD6 rectifiers are rated at 6.0 Amps (average rectified forward current) and 40V to 100V (peak repetitive reverse voltage) and comes in a small surface mount (DPAK) package. This CSHD6 device consists of two 3.0 Amp schottky rectifiers in a common cathode configuration.
