Auer Signal CT5 LED Modules & Accessories
Auer Signal CT5 LED Modules and Accessories include steady light modules, multifunctional modules, piezo buzzer modules, and accessories. These LED steady light modules and the piezo buzzer modules are designed for CT5 modular signal towers. The CT5 LED steady light modules are available in six colors and offer bright and maintenance-free LED steady light with a powerful signaling effect. These steady light modules are IO-link compatible and feature 24VDC operating voltage and IP65 and UL type 4/4X degrees of protection. The CT5 LED multifunctional modules offer four light functions, including LED steady, flashing, strobe, and double strobe beacons. These multifunction modules are IO-link compatible, are available in six colors and offer IP65 and UL type 4/4X degrees of protection.

CT5ZM Piezo Buzzer Module
The CT5ZM Piezo Buzzer Module is designed for mounting at the top of the CT5 modular signal towers. This buzzer module is IO-link compatible and offers a maximum volume of 95dB that can be controlled with a potentiometer. The piezo buzzer module features a DIP switch to select one of eight tones.
CT5MW Base
The CT5MW Base is designed for horizontal and external tube mounting and is suitable for Ø 25mm tubes. This base offers IP54 and UL-type 12 degrees of protection with external tube mounting.
CT5SK Screw Set
The CT5SK Screw Set is meant for external tube mounting. The set includes two mounting screws and one seal for external tube mounting of the base CT5MW.
CT5NPT Base
The CT5NPT Base is designed for NPT 1/2“ conduit mounting and offers IP65 and UL type 4/4X degrees of protection.
CT5MV Base
The CT5MV Base is designed for vertical mounting with closed cable insertion. This base offers IP65 and UL type 4/4X degrees of protection.
CT5BR Metal Bracket
The CT5BR Metal Bracket is designed for exterior cable entry. This metal bracket is ideal for use with base CT5NPT and cable connection CKV as cable relief.
CT5MR05 Tube Base
The CT5MR05 Tube Base is on a 50mm aluminum tube with a plastic foot and offers IP65 and UL type 4/4X degrees of protection.
CT5KR1 & CT5KR1IO IO-link Tube Bases
The CT5KR1 and CT5KR1IO IO-link tube bases are placed on a 100mm plastic tube with an integrated foot. The CT5KR1IO features an integrated IO-link functionality in the tower base. This tube base offers a functional upgrade of cost-effective steady light modules to enable blink, flash, and double flash modes by IO-link base.
CT5MR2 Tube Base
The CT5MR2 Tube base on a 250mm aluminium tube with plastic foot offers IP65 and UL type 4/4X degrees of protection.
CT5MR3 Tube Base
The CT5MR3 Tube base on 400 mm aluminum tube with plastic foot offers IP65 and UL type 4/4X degrees of protection.
CT5MC5 & CT5MC5IO Base
The CT5MC5 and CT5MC5IO bases feature an integrated 5-pin M12 connector. The CT5MC5 base connects CT5 modular signal towers to standardized M12 circular connectors with five pins. This base offers high contact reliability and conductivity even when exposed to vibrations. The CT5MC5IO IO-Link base offers a functional upgrade of cost-effective steady light modules to enable blink, flash, and double flash modes by IO-link base.
