Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX16150 Nano-Power Pushbutton Controller
Analog Devices MAX16150 Nano-Power Pushbutton Controller offers on/off control with a switching de-bouncer and a built-in latch. This nano-power pushbutton controller IC produces a clean latched output with one shot Interrupt (INT) in response to exceeding switch closer over the debounce period at PB_IN. The MAX16150 features long switch closure, 32ms INT duration, up to ±60V pushbutton input handling, and ±15kV HBM ESD protection. This Analog Devices MAX16150 Nano-Power Pushbutton Controller operates at -40°C to +125°C temperature range and is available in 6-bump WLP and thin 6-pin SOT-23 packages. The MAX16150 nano-power pushbuttons consume less than 20nA supply current, thus minimizing battery current in low-power applications. Typical applications include portable instruments, handheld consumer electronics, industrial equipment, and disposable low-power electronics.Features
