Analog Devices HMC443 Frequency Multipliers are designed as active, miniature x4 frequency multipliers with InGaP GaAs HBT technology. HMC443 Frequency Multipliers operate from a 5V single-supply voltage and provide a typical output power of +4dBm. Designers can use HMC443 Frequency Multipliers across a 9.8-11.2GHz frequency range. The devices offer >25dBc sub-harmonic suppression with respect to output signal level. HMC443's low additive -142dBc/Hz SSB phase noise helps maintain reliable system noise performance.
