Analog Devices Inc. HMC341 Low-Noise Amplifier Chip
Analog Devices HMC341 Low-Noise Amplifier Chip is designed as a GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) covering the 24-30 GHz frequency range. Designers can easily integrate the HMC341 into Multi-Chip Modules (MCMs) because of its small (1.51mm²) size. HMC341 uses a GaAs PHEMT process that achieves a 13dB gain from a +3V @ 30mA single bias supply with a 2.5 dB noise figure. All data is included in a 50Ω test fixture connected via 0.025mm (1 mil) diameter wire bonds of minimal length 0.31mm (<12 mils). The HMC341 is ideal for millimeter-wave point-to-point radios, LMDS, and VSAT & SATCOM applications.Features
