Analog Devices Inc. ADGM1121 0Hz/DC to 18GHz DPDT MEMS Switch ICs
Analog Devices Inc. ADGM1121 0Hz/DC to 18GHz DPDT MEMS Switch ICs are wideband, double-pole, double-throw (DPDT) switches fabricated using Analog Devices' microelectromechanical system (MEMS) switch technology. This technology enables a small form factor, wide RF bandwidth, high linearity, and low insertion loss switch that is operational down to 0Hz/DC. The Analog Devices ADGM1121 MEMS Switch ICs are packaged in a 24-lead, 5mm x 4mm x 1mm land grid array (LGA) package. These features make ADGM1121 an ideal solution for various RF and precision equipment switching needs. An integrated driver chip generates a high voltage to electrostatically actuate the switch that can then be controlled by a parallel interface and a serial peripheral interface (SPI). All switches are independently controllable.Features
