Allegro MicroSystems APS122x High-Temperature Hall-Effect Sensor ICs

Allegro MicroSystems APS122x High-Temperature Hall-Effect Sensor ICs are extremely temperature-stable and stress-resistant devices for extended temperature ranges up to +175°C. This superior high-temperature design is due to dynamic offset cancellation that reduces the residual offset voltage typically caused by device overmolding, thermal stress, and temperature dependencies. This single silicon chip includes a Hall plate, small signal amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and a short-circuit-protected open-drain output. Sufficient strength from a south pole turns the output On, while a north pole of sufficient strength is necessary to turn the output Off. Allegro MicroSystems APS122x High-Temperature Hall-Effect Sensor ICs are AEC-Q101 automotive qualified and available in two package options with through-hole and surface-mount designs.
