Infineon Technologies USB-C EZ-PD™ PMG1-S1 MCUs
Infineon Technologies USB Type-C™ EZ-PD™ PMG1-S1 MCUs support Dual Role Port (DRP) USB Type-C PD tasks. The Infineon Technologies PMG1-S1 features a 128KB Flash, a complete USB Type-C PD transceiver with RP, RD, dead battery RD termination resistors, and system-level ESD protection. This MCU comes in a 40-pin QFN package. The EZ-PD PMG1-S1 combines a 32-bit Arm® Cortex® M0 MCU subsystem (128KB Flash, 12KB SRAM) with high-voltage circuits.
