THERM-A-GAP™ GEL 30 3.5W/m-K Dispensable Gels

Parker Chomerics THERM-A-GAP™ GEL 30 3.5W/m-K Dispensable Gels require no mixing or curing, providing superior design flexibility while meeting Telcordia (Bellcore) silicone standards. These fully cured and easily dispensable gels are designed to eliminate hand assembly, reducing installation costs and bill-of-materials (BOM) complexity. The gels offer low thermal impedance at both thin and thick gaps, enabling the use of common heat spreaders, and have proven reliability in extreme temperature cycling, shock, and vibration environments. Parker Chomerics THERM-A-GAP GEL 30 3.5W/m-K Dispensable Gels deflect easily under ultra-low compressive forces to decrease stress on components, which minimizes component failures.
