MF-ASML/X Low-Resistance PPTC Fuses
Bourns MF-ASML/X Low-Resistance PPTC Resettable Fuses are designed to protect against both overcurrent and overtemperature events within the designated specifications. The tiny 0402 footprint size makes these devices ideal for space-constrained mobile applications such as battery charging and USB port protection. The series provides Ihold current ratings of 0.1A, 0.2A, 0.35A, and 0.5A at the 6V maximum rated voltage. These devices utilize a proprietary freeXpansion™ design that increases the performance of the resettable fuse with higher hold currents, higher voltages, improved resistance stability, and a smaller footprint. Bourns MF-ASML/X Low-Resistance PPTC Resettable Fuses have post-trip resistance values as low as 0.5Ω and initial resistance values as low as 0.04Ωm, helping boost the current carrying capability.
