POSCAP TPS Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors

Panasonic POSCAP TPS Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors feature a small size with a low profile, measuring only 3.5mm x 2.8mm x 1.2mm. The series is designed with a facedown terminal structure to accommodate size-sensitive applications. The devices provide large capacitance with a 150μF to 330μF capacitance range and ±20% capacitance tolerance. The capacitors offer a rated voltage range of 2.5V_DC to 6.3V_DC, 2000 hours of endurance at 105°C, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C.
