Littelfuse P-1C-2LRP Fixed Voltage TwinSLIC™ SIDACtor Protection Thyristors are unidirectional, modified DO-214 thyristors designed to protect Subscriber Line Interface Circuits (SLICs) from damaging overvoltage transients. These components provide single-port protection, implementing voltage switching characteristics for negative polarity surges and a clamping diode for positive polarity surges. The P-1C-2LRP Series from Littelfuse offers low voltage overshoot, a low on-state voltage, and does not degrade surge capability after multiple surge events within limit.
