VS-E7JX0x12-M3/HM3 Gen 7 FRED Pt® Rectifiers

Vishay Semiconductors VS-E7JX0x12-M3/HM3 Gen 7 FRED Pt^® Rectifiers are 1200V, 1A or 2A hyperfast rectifiers in a SlimSMA HV (DO-221AC) package. The hyperfast recovery rectifiers are developed specifically to optimize forward voltage drop and hyperfast recovery time. The rectifiers have a highly optimized stored charge and low recovery current, minimizing the switching losses and reducing power dissipation in the switching element.
