TN6050HP-12WY Automotive Grade SCR Thyristor

STMicroelectronics TN6050HP-12WY Automotive Grade SCR Thyristor is rated for a 60ARMS power switching and offers superior performances in peak voltage robustness up to 1400V. This thyristor also offers surge current handling up to 600A sine wave pulse. The TN6050HP-12WY thyristor allows the design of functions such as AC switch and AC-DC controlled rectifier-bridge. This thyristor features 100V/µs high EFT noise immunity, 60A_RMS nominal on-state RMS current, and 150°C high junction temperature. The STMicroelectronics TN6050HP-12WY thyristor is available in a TO-247 package that helps in achieving maximum thermal performance. Typical applications include onboard and off-board automotive battery chargers, AC-DC voltage-controlled rectifiers, solar and wind renewable energy inverters/rectifiers, and solid-state relays.
