TEMx Ambient Light Sensors

Vishay Semiconductors TEMx Ambient Light Sensors are AEC-Q101 qualified, have a surface-mount design, and are available in 0805 and 1206 packages. These PIN or NPN phototransistors come in various miniature packages, such as transparent, flat plastic, and surface mount. The TEMD5510FX01 sensor features a detector chip with a 7.5mm² sensitive area and is sensitive to visible light with a 540nm sensitivity peak. The TEMT6200FX01 module is adapted to human eye responsivity and has an impression filter for near-infrared radiation. The TEMD6010FX01 ambient light sensor offers high speed and high photosensitivity in a clear, surface-mount plastic package. The TEMD6200FX01 is a high-speed and high-sensitive PIN photodiode, and its spectral sensitivity is closely matched to the human eye.
