IXTY2P50PA PolarP™ MOSFET

Littelfuse IXTY2P50PA PolarP™ MOSFET is an easy-to-mount AEC-Q101 qualified MOSFET with low package inductance. This MOSFET is fabricated using the rugged PolarP™ process, features a compact design, and is avalanche-rated. The IXTY2P50PA MOSFET offers -500V drain-source voltage, -2A avalanche current, 150mJ avalanche energy, and 58W power dissipation. This MOSFET operates within the -55°C to 150°C temperature range. Typical applications include high-side switches, push-pull amplifiers, automatic test equipment, current regulators, and DC choppers.

Fuel-Powered/Hybrid Military UAV Systems

Littelfuse Fuel-Powered/Hybrid Military Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Systems offer solutions for power conversion and DC bus, power distribution, and charger/ground power.
