IXYS 850V X-Class Power MOSFETs with HiPerFET™ body diodes are rugged devices with current ratings up to 110A, which enables a very high power density in high voltage power conversion applications. These 850V devices have very low on-state resistances (33mΩ in the SOT-227 package), along with low gate charges and superior dv/dt performance.

Fuel-Powered/Hybrid Military UAV Systems

Littelfuse Fuel-Powered/Hybrid Military Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Systems offer solutions for power conversion and DC bus, power distribution, and charger/ground power. These systems support power conversion and a DC bus with a rectifier diode that converts AC line voltage to DC. The fuel-powered/hybrid military Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) systems provide TVS diodes, fuses, and MOSFETs for semiconductor switches, surge protection, and rectification. These systems offer AEC-Q/MIL-grade products across various functions. Typical applications include Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), military, and border surveillance.

Drone Subsystems

Littelfuse Drone Subsystems offer solutions for USB-C PD and Li-ion battery chargers, battery pack systems, and BLDC motors. These subsystems offer fuses for various functions, including AC input overcurrent protection and fault isolation, protection of the battery and downstream controller, pack, wiring, and controller. The drone subsystems provide TVS diodes for primary-side switching transient suppression and cell monitor IC sense line input overvoltage protection. These subsystems are appropriate for various drones, including toy, camera, First-Person View (FPV), enterprise, industrial, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), inspection/mapping, agriculture, and heavy lift. X-Class 850V - 1000V Power MOSFETs with HiPerFET™

IXYS X-Class 850V-1000V Power MOSFETs with HiPerFET™ with fast body diodes are rugged devices that display the lowest on-state resistances in the industry. This enables a very high power density in high-voltage power conversion applications. Developed using the charge compensation principle and proprietary process technology, these devices exhibit low gate charges and superior dv/dt performance. In addition, thanks to the fast soft-recovery body diode, these ultra-junction MOSFETs help reduce switching losses and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI).

X-Class Power MOSFETs

IXYS X-Class Power MOSFETs are high-power density N-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFETs. They are easy to mount and have a low RDS(ON) and QG with a low package inductance. Typical applications include switch-mode and resonant-mode power supplies, DC-DC converters and PFC circuits.

Electrical Vehicle DC Fast Chargers

DC charging stations are designed to convert the electrical grid’s AC power into DC power that can then be fed directly into a vehicle’s battery system for fast charging – in 30 minutes or less. Because the conversion from AC to DC power is being done in the charging station, these units can provide higher levels of power (50kW to 350kW and beyond) to the vehicle compared to AC charging stations. Working with tens to hundreds of kilowatts of power, efficient conversion, reliability of the system, and user safety are critical.

Ultra Junction MOSFETs

IXYS Ultra Junction MOSFETs feature low RDS(on) and low Qg in low inductance industry standard packages. These devices enable high power density, easy mounting, and space-saving opportunities. IXYS Ultra Junction MOSFETs are ideal solutions in SMPS, DC-DC converters, PFC circuits, AC and DC motor drives, and robotics/servo controls.

Off-Highway Electric Vehicle Solutions
