TNPW e3 Thin-Film Flat Chip Resistors

Vishay / Dale TNPW e3 Thin-Film Flat Chip Resistors are ideal for electronics where reliability and stability are required. These devices are AEC-Q200 qualified and have verified sulfur resistance, according to ASTM B 809. The resistors provide superior moisture resistivity and overall stability in all environments. Vishay / Dale TNPW e3 Thin-Film Flat Chip Resistors offer 1Ω to 2MΩ resistance, 25V to 200V voltage rating, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C or +155°C. Typical applications include automotive, industrial, test and measuring, and medical equipment.

They offer excellent overall stability at different environmental conditions ≤ 0.05% (1000 h rated power at 70ºC), and low temperature coefficient and tight tolerances (down to ±0.1%; ±10 ppm/K).
