Han-Modular® Inserts & Contacts

HARTING Han-Modular® product line features a range of modular inserts that enable the simple assembly of custom-designed connectors. Multiple termination styles, including IDC, screw, and crimp, are available. The HARTING Han-Modular guards are available in multi-color options for quick and easy visual identification of the connection. This helps to reduce the risk of mismating in the field.

Han® EE Power Connectors

HARTING Han® EE Heavy Duty Power Connectors are designed to withstand the harsh demands of industrial environments. Han® EE Heavy Duty Power Connectors feature inserts with a rated voltage of up to 500V at 16A, crimp contacts, and quick lock termination. The HAN EE Connectors are available in male and female versions with 8 contacts, 16A current rating, 400V voltage rating, and a wire gauge range of 20AWG to 14AWG. With their rugged performance, Han EE Connectors are well-suited for robotics, semiconductors, transportation, industrial automation, and power utility applications.

Han-Modular® Guiding Module Connectors

HARTING Han-Modular® Guiding Module Connectors feature relay modules and potential Earth (PE) module connectors with crimp termination technology. These connectors are available in male and female classifications with two or three contacts. The guiding modules offer a conductor cross-section area ranging from 0.14mm2 to 4mm2 and have a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The connectors provide a ±4mm lock-in range and ≥500 mating cycles. HARTING Han-Modular Guiding Module Connectors are made out of polycarbonate (PC) material and operate at 16A rated current and 500V rated voltage.

Han-Modular® Connector System

HARTING Han-Modular® Heavy-Duty Connector System is designed to provide users with a very high degree of connectivity and manufacturing flexibility. Han-Modular connectors can combine electrical, optical, and gaseous signal and power connections in one easy assembly. Basic modules snap into the mounting frame and can be exchanged separately anytime. Combinations of 1 to 12 modules are possible, depending on the size of the hood and housing chosen. Han-Modular consists of more than 40 module types and can connect to currents from 5A up to 200A, voltages from 50V to 5000V, pneumatic tubes from 1.6mm up to 10mm inner diameter, sensitive bus signals, and fiber-optic signals in both POF. and glass fiber cables. Han-Modular offers a range of basic modules developed to meet the vast majority of user application requirements. This product offering allows users to choose the hoods and housings, inserts, and accessories that best meet design requirements.
