IXYS IXTNx00N20X4 miniBLOC MOSFETs
IXYS IXTNx00N20X4 miniBLOC MOSFETs offer a 200V voltage rating, 340A to 500A current range, and an SOT-227B package. These MOSFETs offer a minimized parallel connection effort with a decreased part count, and the simplified driver reduces the design effort. Additional features include low RDS(on), high current capability, low gate charge Qg, and a compact design with high power density. IXYS IXTNx00N20X4 miniBLOC MOSFETs are suitable for DC load switches, battery and fuel cell-based energy storage systems, battery formation, and industrial and process power supplies.
